1. Why should we hire you?
I know I'm not very different. I know there are many students, many candidates, many freshers who may be better than me. But I don't bother about that. I am me, this is me. I am hungry to learn, I have that passion to learn, I am passionate about work, I am passionate about life. My strengths are.....(tell your own strengths).... This is the main reason why you should hire me. If you give me this opportunity I'll prove you that the decision of selecting me has not gone wrong.
2. How do you handle stress and pressure?
I understand stress and pressure are big part of this job and I actually prefer to work under these conditions because I feel I am making progress and developing without pressure there will be a little progress in an organization. I handle stress and pressure by making sure I'm organized, by planning my work accordingly and by remaining calm and in control of my actions and emotions.
3. Are you willing to relocate?
Yes, I would love to relocate. As a fresher I am definitely going to have a lot of exposure to learning and also growth opportunities in...(Company name)... So I will definitely be happy to relocate for such an amazing opportunity.
4. How long will you stay with the company?
I plan to stay with the company as long as we get mutual benefit from our working relationship.
5. Any plan for higher education?
No, I have no plans for higher studies. I'm looking to start my career and progress it with a solid organization. I'm interested in gaining work experience. I am confident that I can prove my talent with my degree that I possess.

6. What is your favorite subject?

Overall Software Engineering is my favorite subject. I like this subject for many reasoms. Firstly it is associated with the software system development. Secondly this subject let's you integrate with other branches and subject of computer engineering and software development like assessing requirements of end user, designing the algorithms before actual coding, create programs by coding, testing the code and it's documentation.
7. What are your hobbies?

I like gardening because I like to see things grow and nurture.
8. Tell me about the stress you faced in college?
I find that when I'm under the pressure of a deadline, I can do some of my most creative work. I'm not a person who has a difficult time with stress. When I'm under pressure, I focus on the task at hand, and I get the job done.
9. What are your expectations from new job?
A work environment where I can contribute to the team, Use my skills and experience, expand my learning and receive appreciations for my contribution and expecting to have job stability and to grow with the company.

My greatest fear is to look back and regret not having done something because I was afraid.

My strengths are my positive attitude, punctuality, interpersonal skills and strong management skills.
