Here is the four step facial that you can easily follow in your home.
I would recommend you to do this once a week for the best result.
Potatoes and Tomatoes are the key ingredients that is going to make this facial successful.
Prepare the base.
- Take 1 tomato and 1 peeled potato
- Grind it together into paste
- Potato Tomato Paste is ready.
Step 1: Cleanse
- In a bowl
- 1 tbsp potato and tomato paste
- 1 tbsp raw milk
- 1-2 drops lemon juice
- Mix these together, apply it on your face using a cotton pad. Leave it for a minute and wash off your face with water.
- This helps clean the face and prepare for the facial
Step 2: Scrub
- In a bowl
- 1 tbsp potato and tomato paste
- 1 tbsp rice flour
- Mix it and apply it all over your wet face and massage it gently. Make sure the mixture is not too dry, add little more paste if needed.
- Leave it for 2-3 minutes and then wash it off with water.
- This step helps in scrubbing of the dead skin cells and also white heads.
Step 3: Steam
- In a pan
- Add some water
- 1 lemon peel or 3-4 drops lemon juice
- 1 tbsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tbsp rock salt
- Boil it with the lid closed and when done start steaming.
- Wipe off your face in upward direction using a cotton pad.
Step 4: Face Mask
- In a bowl
- 1 tbsp potato and tomato paste
- 1 tbsp gram flour
- 1/2tbsp curd
- Apply the mixture all over your face and let it dry for 30 minutes. Wash it with water after 30 minutes. Dab your face dry with a towel and then feel the difference.

- Only apply scrub and massage on a wet face.
